Joyce Sells. I’ve closed two transactions with Joyce, one on each side and everyone came out on top. The last transaction was on the buy side and after spending a few months looking in various neighborhoods outside South Boston, we decided to stop by Joyce’s office one weekend for a casual conversation and got the market tour. We stopped by a unit under construction and wrote up the offer the next day. A few months work done in a couple of hours. Joyce did a great job staging the unit for sale, which was a difference maker I liked that fact that Joyce was not the listing agent on any of the large newer development buildings in southie at the time, which really were competing units. I interviewed brokers who had those units and really struggled to understand how they would make my unit a priority vs focussing on moving the developer’s units to make sure they also got the developer’s next project. I think this was really important and why I think I got as much focus from Joyce as I did and why the unit moved as fast as it did.

I recently bought a condo from Joyce Lebedew and from beginning to end the experience was enjoyable, easy, exciting and rewarding. Joyce and her team were always available for support, advice, guidance and instruction–she returned every phone call personally within the hour. Even though Joyce was not the person to schedule the actual showing for me she was in the end the person who did all the work and made the deal happen. It was by far the easiest move I have ever made. She was early to meet me, knew the property and the owners well had so much information to share to make my decision even easier.
